How to quiet your inner critic

“We are each our own worst critic.” — Ellen Hendriksen, Pyschologist.

When we are overly critical of ourselves, we place a lot of unnecessary pressure on ourselves which in turn takes a toll on our emotional and mental well-being.

We can quiet this inner critic by:

✔️ Not comparing ourselves to others

✔️ Focusing on the solution not the problem

✔️ Striving for progress not perfection, celebrate small wins

✔️ Showing Kindness and Compassion to ourselves

✔️ Have an attitude of Gratitude

Once we focus on silencing this inner critic, we are able to be the best version of ourselves everyday!
